You must check in 10 to 15 minutes early for any jobs at PVR (and 5 minutes early for
other facilities) or you will not be allowed to participate in the job and you will not be paid. NO
CHILDREN ALLOWED AT PVR. Please allow for traffic conditions, weather and unfamiliarity
with the area. All other locations, please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you do
not see your age/demographics listed below, that quota has been filled or was not required by
our client on a particular job. Only 1 person per household is permitted on any job. When you
phone in for a job, you will be pre-screened to see if you qualify for the study. The requirements
listed below are a general overview, but there will be follow-up questions to see if you qualify on
a particular job.

Thanks for your attention to this: Please do not call to sign up for a job
unless you can make a firm commitment for attendance. When you sign up, I am counting on
your attendance in a timely manner. I have to find someone to take your place if you are not
there or our quota will not be met. It can be difficult to replace you if you cancel at the last
minute (the day of the job). Also PVR Research requires a 3 month minimum between ANY
jobs that you've done. It doesn't matter which company you did them for or what the subject
matter was. If you don't leave your phone number
on my answering machine, I can't call you
back. Please say it slowly and clearly.

MacConnell Research with another recruiter, please
remain on that person's list. Likewise, if a new
recruiter calls you to do a study after you have signed
up with me, please notify them that you currently do
jobs for me. If you do studies for multiple recruiters
at the same location, you will not be allowed to do
jobs for any of us. If you have a question about this,
please contact me.
On all my jobs.....as days, times, age
ranges and other categories fill up, I
remove them as a choice for others.

PAYMENT: $35.00 cash for a 30 minute study
REQUIREMENTS: No one who has done a study in
the last 2 months please. You will be re-screened
for this study and your answers must be the
same or you will not be allowed to participate. If
you have a question about this, please ask me.

NEUROLOGIST STUDY
WHO: You must be a neurologist to do this study
DATE: Now through the 18th of July.
TIMES: anytime between 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but
evening time available if necessary
PAYMENT: $200.00 check - 15 minute study, but
please allow extra 1/2 hour in case of any delays with
eye-tracking equipment.
LOCATION: Cunningham Research - click here for
directions.
REQUIREMENTS: We had trouble eye tracking
some people last time we did this type of study.
Please follow the below guidelines:
Please do not to smoke a cigarette or drink caffeine
an hour before their appointment. You cannot have
prescription glasses needed for reading or an
astigmatism, and you cannot be wearing a nicotine
patch. Participants with these things have problems
with the eyetracker. If we can’t track the participant’s
eyes we cannot compensate you.

OSTEOPOROSIS STUDY
WHO: Females 70 to 80 who have been
diagnosed with osteoporosis by a physician
Current and Previous users of medication
needed.
Location: North Point Mall-Cunningham

PAYMENT: 25 minutes/$25.00 check
This study is going on the rest of the year. I
will need someone every week.
